The merchandise we sell on TV and online is in inventory and ready to ship. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as two business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our Return Policy, detailed below.

We only ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. No APO, FPO or International orders please. Most packages ship via USPS first-class postage at a flat rate of $5.99 for the entire order. Expedited shipping for high value merchandise, merchandise that needs to be delivered quickly or deliveries that require specialized tracking is available for selection during the checkout process at applicable carrier quoted rates.
You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order is shipped from our facility. All packages are fully insured at no additional charge to you and may require a signature upon delivery based on the shipping method selected.

TJCTV Jewelry Made Affordable will gladly refund your purchase price on any item returned to us in its original, unaltered condition within 10 business days from the date you receive the shipment. Any item that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customer in any way is non-returnable. Shipping, handling and optional insurance charges, if any, are not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance charges. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns require a Return Authorization. To return an item, call 1-866-577-3635 toll free to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please write this number on the package where it is visible. Customer service is available Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
All items with tag(s) marked as NON RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED must have all tag(s) attached to the item(s) in order to be refunded.

Please inquire of the size of the ring you are purchasing when ordering. We will size your ring up to two sizes larger or smaller for $30 plus $20 for each additional size thereafter per item. Please allow an additional five business days for sizing or alterations to your purchase. Please note that any alterations or sizing voids the return policy.
